Belko Air

Belko Air provides comfortable transportation between the airport and central locations in the city, like Kızılay, Sıhhiye, Ulus, AŞTİ, Gar and Pursaklar. You can use the 45 passenger buses 442/A and 442/K by getting on at the stops opposite the exits on the domestic arrivals floor and international arrivals floor.

Buses are equipped with internet, feature hostess services and take off every 30 minutes from 5 am till 12am and every hour from 12 am to 5 am. Taking a Belko Air bus to get to the city is an affordable option.  

EGO Buses

The Esenboğa Airport is accessible by bus line 442-3, which passes through AKM, Ankara Arena and Güvenpark. The 491 bus line provides transportation between the airport and Ulus and Sihhiye but it only operates 3 times a day during the week.

Taxi

Taking a taxi within the city is generally affordable since the distances are usually close to each other. But taking a taxi to the airport is a more expensive alternative because it is located 28 km away. You can try to negotiate with the taxi driver for a lower fee.

Personal Car

The Esenboğa Airport has two parking lots. There is a multi-story parking lot, which allows for short-term and long-term parking, and an outdoor parking lot, which only allows for short-term parking.

Airport Information

Esenboğa Airport is frequently used by government staff and therefore features many amenities. Those awaiting their flight in the domestic terminal can get a quick bite to eat or some coffee at Caffe Nero, Ankar Café, Bus Gate, or Bufe Ic Hat. While bus is the only means of public transportation that you can use to reach the city from Roshchino Airport, which is located 13 km west of Tyumen city center, you can also benefit from private transportation alternatives such as taxi, car rental and transfer services. If you prefer using a taxi or benefitting from car rental services, transportation to the city will take maximum 15-20 minutes. Transportation by bus takes about 45 minutes.

Bus

Undoubtedly, the most practical and budget-friendly way to directly travel from the Roshchino International Airport to Tyumen city center is using the buses. Most of the buses departing from the bus stops that you can see outside the terminal pass through the city center and central points of the city. These buses, which offer transportation between the Roshchino Railway Station and the airport, usually complete their routes in 40-50 minutes. If you take one of the bus routes 10 or 141, you can easily travel to Tyumen city center. You can reach the schedules of these two bus routes from the official website of Roshchino Airport. As of 2016, the buses operate from 04:45 am to 10:47 pm. From the railway station in Roshchino city center, the buses depart at 04:00 am and offer service until 10:00 pm. The bus route 141 also provides direct transportation to the squares in Tyumen city center and starts operating at 06:54 am and offers service until 09:03 pm.

Taxi

If you land at Roshchino Airport at a late hour or when there is no public transportation vehicle, it may be the best alternative for you to use the taxis waiting 24/7 at the terminal exit. When you go outside the airport arrival terminal, you can see the vehicles of many taxi companies. You can get information about the taxi services by visiting the tourist information desks at the airport; you can also call +7 (3452) 09, +7 (3452) 33-23-32, +7 (3452) 75-75-75 for obtaining information about taxis. It takes about 12-15 minutes to reach Tyumen city center from the airport by taxi, and you are asked to pay an average of 280-340 Russian Rubles for this transportation.

Although there are not many alternatives in terms of car rental companies at Roshchino Airport terminal, it is possible to see a few of the world-famous brands. In order to rent your car within minutes, you must make your pre-reservation before arriving at the airport. You can reach Tyumen city center in about 10-15 minutes by car that you can rent at the airport.
